Glajola Resources Inc ("Glajola", "we", "us") is an independent insurance agency in Texas and Kentucky. This policy explains what we collect through glajolaresources.com and book.glajolaresources.com, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

Information you give us when you book a consultation, request a call back, or answer preparation questions: your name, phone, email, ZIP code and address, the coverage you are interested in, household details, and, when you choose to share them, doctors, pharmacies, prescriptions and current coverage. We also record the consent you give and technical details of that consent (date and time, IP address, browser and page) so we can show it was given.

The doctor and pharmacy list on our homepage is saved only in your own browser. It is not sent to us unless you share it with us.

How we use it

To contact you in the ways you choose, prepare for and hold your consultation, compare plans, and help you enroll with the carrier or enrollment platform you pick (for example HealthSherpa or HealthCare.gov). We also use it to keep records required of licensed agents.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to serve you: with insurance carriers and enrollment platforms when you ask us to quote or enroll, and with service providers who run our systems (website hosting, email and message delivery). We do not sell your personal information.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.

Text and WhatsApp messages

If you opt in, Glajola Resources Inc may send text and WhatsApp messages about your insurance options, enrollment periods, appointment reminders and plan updates, including marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of booking or of buying any plan.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are used, so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies only if you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you click Decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, these cookies are not set and no analytics data is sent.

We have turned off Google's advertising features and Google signals. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we never send your name, phone number, email or form answers to Google Analytics. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

The site also uses a small amount of browser storage that is needed for it to work, such as remembering your cookie choice, your chat language and the doctor list you build. This stays in your browser.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, also found at the bottom of every page. Your choice is kept for 12 months, then we ask again.

Security

Your information is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure with encryption in transit, and access is limited to Glajola staff who need it.

Medicare

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options. Glajola is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.
